Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, functional mobility and balance training, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and help promote safety, independence, and quality of life in a supportive, patient‑centered environment with opportunities for growth.
