Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with paid lunch
Pay: $32 to $40 per hour, plus overtime opportunities

Must-Haves

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery
• Industrial electrical knowledge, including wiring, machine controls, and transformers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills
• Ability to read schematics and manuals and use electrical testing equipment
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and controls
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, test equipment, and operator input
• Disassemble, rebuild, and replace machine components
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime and reliability
• Support machine rebuilds, installations, and equipment moves
• Weld or fabricate components for repairs when needed
• Partner with outside vendors on difficult equipment problems
• Document repairs, parts usage, and maintenance activity
• Help operators understand equipment and recurring issues

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience repairing CNC equipment, multi-spindle or screw machines, or machine tools
• Welding and fabrication skills
