REGISTERED NURSE

Horizons Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will provide assessments, medication administration, and wound and rehab-focused nursing care while supporting personalized care plans that promote dignity, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supervising support staff, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
