This 13-week local travel RN contract near Fargo, ND offers an opportunity for experienced nurses to deliver high-quality patient care while earning competitive weekly compensation. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
* Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
* Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
* Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
* Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
* Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
* Respond appropriately in emergency and high-pressure situations
Qualifications:
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license required
* Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
* Current BLS certification required
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings
Preferred Skills:
* Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
* Acute care or hospital experience strongly preferred
* ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment
