Hospitalist Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25
This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: Days: 7a-5p, 12p-10p and Nights: 5p-3a, 9p-7a
· Total census per provider per shift: 137 beds
· Procedures required: Standard
· Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
· Support: Advanced Practitioners support
· Certifications and license required: Active Washington state medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
· Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
