Location: La Vergne, TN
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour TEMP TO HIRE
Shift: 2nd Shift, 7:00 PM – 2:45 AM

Job Summary

We're seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our team in La Vergne, TN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will be responsible for assembling products, performing quality checks, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Operate basic assembly equipment and hand tools safely.
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records when required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Schedule
