What is a clinical site director?

A Site Director at OBHG is a lead physician that bridges the gap between OBHG's national infrastructure and the unique environment of their local hospital. They oversee clinical operations, foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff, and help align team goals with hospital priorities.

What we are looking for:

  • Board-certified OB/GYN with strong clinical experience

  • Proven leadership and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Commitment to high standards in patient care and team collaboration

Our Site Director position offers:

  • $30,000 Leadership Stipend

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the MDO

  • Foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff

  • Oversee clinical operations

  • Shifts: five or more shifts each month

  • Traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed.
