Intermountain Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation was founded in 1997. Our philosophy is to provide the highest quality therapy through hands-on, personalized care and education. Intermountain Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic and fun outpatient orthopedic clinic. Our team offers strong mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth while working alongside Certified Manual Therapists and Orthopedic Clinical Specialists. We value a positive clinic culture, high‑quality patient care, and a healthy work–life balance.
- Assist in delivering evidence‑based treatment plans for orthopedic patients
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and prescribed interventions
- Support manual therapy techniques as directed by the supervising PT
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on home programs, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
- Collaborate closely with supervising PTs and the clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented, and enjoyable clinic environment
- Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current (or eligible) Idaho PTA license
- New graduates encouraged to apply
