On call every night -- low burden callback, doctors are 2nd call to APP
Average daily census of 6 - 10 patients
Inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry unit
Coverage until permanent provider is found
Inpatient privileges required
PALS and BLS certification required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
