What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of road construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Drive project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across township, state, and federal requirements
  • Develop schedules, track progress, and report performance using project management tools
  • Lead communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
  • Oversee project documentation, change orders, and closeout activities including final billing and reporting

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and coordinate multiple construction activities
  • Working knowledge of heavy/civil construction practices, project workflows, and field operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and direct work while maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software applications

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
