OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehab services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess functional needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence in self-care, mobility, and daily activities. You’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning—all within a nurturing, dynamic culture that offers strong clinical support and clear paths for professional growth.
