Radiology physician employment in Virginia : As a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Ultrasound) you will: - Monitors patient's vital signs and notifies radiologist of significant changes. - Assists radiologists and higher grade technologists perform more complex procedures. - Observes and reports significant patient responses to instructions, movement, touch, etc. - Performs operator level maintenance of ultrasound equipment such as changing ultrasound transducers. - Enters data, maintains requests and records of all radiologic and ultrasonographic studies via computer or other established procedures. - Reviews and recommends to supervisor new developments in the field that would improve the operation of the section - Performs Other Duties as Assigned - - - - - - - - -
