Summary:
The Lease Administrator I is responsible for the entry-level review, abstraction, and management of lease documents and related data. This position supports the lease administration team with data entry, reporting, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Abstract basic lease terms into the lease administration system (e.g., rent, term, options).
• Maintain lease files (physical and/or digital) in an organized manner.
• Enter and update tenant/vendor information into databases and trackers.
• Review invoices and confirm billing accuracy based on lease terms.
• Enter reconciliation expenses from third party vendor.
• Run standard reports and assist with audits.
• Respond to internal requests for lease information (i.e. Estoppels)
• Communicate with landlords, tenants, or internal teams regarding lease documentation.
• Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.
Qualifications:
• 0–2 years of lease administration, real estate, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with lease management software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
Base Pay Range: $24.00 - 26.00 per hour (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
This position is based on-site in East Syracuse, NY.
