Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate dispensing and oversight of medications, provide evidence-based medication therapy management, and deliver patient counseling to support optimal rehab outcomes.
