Job Description <br><p><strong>Personal Care Partner — Night Shift</strong></p><p><strong>Cappella Pueblo West Assisted Living</strong></p><p>We're looking for a <strong>dependable, compassionate</strong> Personal Care Partner for our night shift. This role is for someone who shows up—for their shift and for our residents—and can be trusted to provide steady, attentive care overnight.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Help residents with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, laundry)</li><li>Notice and report changes in resident health, mood, or needs</li><li>Monitor resident safety throughout the night</li><li>Assist with medications as permitted by state law</li><li>Communicate with supervisors, peers, and family members</li><li>Document care and complete work orders as needed</li><li>Report any signs of abuse or neglect per regulation</li><li>Join monthly staff meetings</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Trustworthy, reliable, and consistent</li><li>Caring and attentive to detail</li><li>A good communicator and team player</li></ul><p>Why Cappella Pueblo West?</p><p>Join a team that values kindness and dependability—and residents who count on you through the night.</p><p> </p> <br>Qualifications <br><p><strong>Basic Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.</li><li>One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred</li><li>Knowledgeable with Electronic Health Management system</li><li>Strong self-management and organization skills</li><li>Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (open to change).</li><li>Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions / Physical Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.</li><li>Constant standing, walking, and grasping. Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights, occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.</li><li>May have exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases possible.</li><li>Possible exposure to household chemicals.</li><li>Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours.</li><li>May be subject to frequent interruptions.</li><li>Interacts with clients, family members and visitors frequently.</li></ul> <br>Additional Information <br><p>If you are considering a position at Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions, we have a wide range of benefits to consider!
