Lead Sonographer

WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality, compassionate ultrasound services across our integrated health system. In this role, you will perform complex diagnostic ultrasound exams, supervise and mentor a team of sonographers, and ensure adherence to imaging protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams, support staff education and process improvement, and help advance patient-centered care in a collaborative, learning-focused environment with strong clinical resources and career growth.
