Job Purpose
* This role serves as a critical member of the care team providing advanced clinical support to physicians and nursing staff in the delivery of timely, high quality patient care.
* Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.
Education:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Licenses and/or Certifications:
* Current Texas EMT-P License or National Registry EMT-P Certification
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
* Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) Certification, American Heart Association
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification, required within 90 days of hire
Work Experience:
* 1 year of work-related experience, preferred
