Weeknight call shifts included -- not typically every night
Weekend and holiday coverage is community call
Patients range from newborn to over 100 -- wide variety of cases
EMR: Epic
Procedures: myringotomy, tonsillectomy, trachs, septal/sinus cases
Comfort with trauma care -- emergent airways and pediatric ENT required
In-clinic and OR cases -- MOHS, parotidectomy, Inspire Sleep, and more
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
