What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards
  • Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations
  • Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial or production equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to follow processes and quality standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and capability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
