<div> </div> <p>Volt is immediately hiring for <b>Lead Architectural Stair & Rail Installer </b>in <b>Dallas, TX </b></p> <p>As a<b> Lead Architectural Stair & Rail Installer </b>you will:</p> <p><b>Position Overview</b></p> <p>A leader in architectural metal fabrication and installation, is seeking a Lead Architectural Stair & Rail Installer to oversee field execution of high-end commercial stair and railing systems.</p> <p>This role leads installation crews, ensures precise layout and installation, maintains quality standards, and interfaces with general contractors and site representatives.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <p>Field Leadership & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise installation crews (3–5 installers)</li> <li>Execute stair, railing, and misc. metal installations</li> <li>Coordinate daily work plans and schedules</li> <li>Ensure productivity and adherence to company standards</li> </ul> <p>Layout & Installation</p> <ul> <li>Perform layout using control lines, BM and FF elevations</li> <li>Interpret architectural and structural drawings</li> <li>Verify plumb, level, and alignment</li> <li>Resolve field conflicts proactively</li> </ul> <p>Quality Control</p> <ul> <li>Inspect installed work for quality and compliance</li> <li>Perform field modifications and finish touch-ups</li> <li>Manage damaged materials and repairs</li> <li>Maintain high-end architectural finish standards</li> </ul> <p>Customer & Project Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Interface with GCs, superintendents, and trades</li> <li>Communicate progress and jobsite conditions</li> <li>Represent company professionally</li> </ul> <p>Safety & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Enforce OSHA safety standards</li> <li>Conduct daily equipment inspections</li> <li>Ensure proper PPE and safe work practices</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is a <b>Full-Time Direct Hire</b> opportunity.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have:</p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>5+ years architectural metal installation experience</li> <li>Leadership experience in field environments</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret drawings</li> <li>Welding and finishing skills (TIG preferred)</li> <li>OSHA certification and valid driver's license</li> </ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to travel (including overnight)</li> <li>Pass drug screening and site requirements</li> <li>Willingness to obtain additional certifications</li> </ul> <p>Physical & Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Work at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolds)</li> <li>Indoor and outdoor jobsite environments</li> <li>Exposure to noise, dust, and weather</li> <li>Extended hours based on project demands</li> </ul> <p><b>Schedule: </b>1 st shift</p> <p><b>Pay Rate Range: $25 to $28 per hour</b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
