Full job description

The Opportunity

Our New York office is looking for a Transactions associate with four or more years of big law or relevant in-house counsel experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of intellectual property law, experience assisting on M&A transactions, and demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of commercial technology transactions, including software, technology, data and content licenses, development agreements, and professional services agreements.

Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience and salary range is $310,000 or more.
