Pomelo Care is seeking a contract Midlife Registered Dietitian to provide virtual nutrition care for pregnant and postpartum individuals and families. You will conduct telehealth assessments, create individualized nutrition plans, and support patients managing high‑risk pregnancies and early childhood nutrition challenges. Partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators, you’ll use evidence-based guidelines and data to drive outcomes, document in the EMR, and participate in case reviews.
