Property Manager

Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience with leadership, team building, accountability, and strategic thinking preferred
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a can-do mentality
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new platforms
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at a desk or on your feet for extended periods
Property Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with housekeeping systems, products, and techniques
- Aptitude for managing inventory, purchasing, and on-site preparation
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects concurrently
Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned rental properties
- Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and property preparation to meet company standards
- Conduct or delegate inventory checks, ensuring properties are fully stocked and in optimal condition
- Manage, train, and schedule staff or contractors involved in property care and guest services
- Monitor expenses, submit receipts, and support budget forecasting
- Uphold the company’s core values and lead by example within the team
