Job Summary:Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) located in State College, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing home health therapy services to adult patients within a community-based setting. The role offers an opportunity for experienced therapists to deliver quality patient care in a flexible, day-shift environment starting as soon as possible.Job Details:Schedule: Days8-hour shifts, with consideration for 4-day 10-hour shifts. No call required.Required Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience in home health care.Preferred Qualifications: Prior home health experience preferred.Additional Information: Therapy will be scheduled for full-time hours; shift hours are not guaranteed.
