* Provide treatment per facility, professional, and federal regulations and guidelines.
* Home Health
* Start Date: 05/03/21
* Guaranteed Hours: 40
* Job Duration: 13 weeks
* State: Near Houston Texas
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist
* A graduate of an accredited school program
* Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
* Basic Life Support CPR certification will be required
* Homecare Homebase exp required
* HH exp required
* TX license or compact eligible
