Title: Coordinator / Assembly Team Lead- 1st Shift

You will be based in Kinston, NC.

Your main tasks:

Duties and responsibilities of an Assembly Team Leader include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provides support throughout the Assembly department in producing the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality-related issues.
  • Backfills for absenteeism.
  • Pull material (picks) for assembly line changeovers.
  • Determine changeover material shortages and communicate with appropriate
    personnel.
  • Oversee production of line.


Qualifications:
  • Be able to communicate in English clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with written and communication skills
  • 2+ years of Electrolux assembly experience
  • Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift-up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
