Job Details

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs
• Spanish speaking a must
• Proven ability to lead a team/crew of workers
• High integrity
• Smart phone proficiency, ( photos, forms, DocuSign, messaging)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to run reports and meetings
