FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. Evaluate, develop, and deliver functional treatment plans focused on mobility, fall prevention, and quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven, clinician-owned practice.
