Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Implement prescribed treatment plans developed by physical therapists, ensuring interventions are carried out in a technically proficient manner.
• Educate and instruct patients on tailored exercise programs, providing guidance on proper techniques to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Assess patient needs through careful observation and communication, fostering an environment of compassion and empathy that recognizes individual differences.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments, maintaining accurate records to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, or an Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
