CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Hospital group in North Chicago is looking for 2 locum CRNAs to start in 90 days and work full time ongoing. Must have an IL license (no exceptions) and have full time availability.

Ideal candidate will be primary at one location but be cross credentialed at 3 other facilities and 1 ASC.
Will look at CRNAs who only have weekend availability and will take some weekend call.

CRNAs working a 4 day work week with variations of 8s, 10s and 12s. Will receive 40 hours per week. No 3-12 hour schedules

Shifts will be consecutive some of the time, but must fit into the rotation.

Care Team Model of 1:3 or 1:4.

General B&B. Can do OB if preferred, but not required.

Must take call 1 time per week.

Need CRNAs that will pick up weekends or do 2 or more calls per month

$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

$Competitive All-inclusive Pay if needed + A++ rated malpractice insurance.
