Charge Registered Nurse

Houston Methodist seeks a Charge Registered Nurse to lead shift-based nursing operations in our patient-centered, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, staffing, and bed assignments while serving as a clinical resource and mentor to bedside nurses. You will ensure adherence to safety standards, evidence-based protocols, and regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The Charge RN responds to emergencies, supports staff development, and promotes a culture of integrity, compassion, and excellence across our high-performing clinical units.
