This is not your typical telehealth position. Instead, youll practice true longitudinal primary care as a direct extension of one of the nations leading healthcare systems. Youll care for an established panel of patients while building lasting relationships in an innovative virtual care model.

This advanced AI platform, fully integrated with Epic, prepares approximately 85–90% of each patient visit before you ever log in—organizing medical history, identifying care gaps, and summarizing the reason for the visit. Combined with built-in scribe technology, youll spend less time documenting and more time focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
Patients receive care through the healthcare system they already know and trust, allowing you to provide continuity of care rather than one-time virtual visits.

$170K+ earning potential

Qualifications

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum 2 years of current/recent outpatient primary care experience
Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
Epic experience
Passion for innovation, technology, and relationship-based primary care
