Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

CarePartners seeks an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab care. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and ensuring adherence to care plans and safety protocols. You’ll contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence while supporting patients in regaining function and independence.
