Who You Are:
As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation.

Qualifications:
Driver Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid California Driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.
- A CDL with passenger Endorsement. Airbrake endorsement a plus. (Paid training and assistance to get CDL and airbrakes permits)
- Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, and/or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle.
- Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required.
- Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers.
- Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash, tickets, passes, and transfers.
- Must maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.
