  • Hours:Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

  • Average Patients seen: 4,200 encounters annually
  • Call Schedule: Rotating phone call

This role provides primary care to patients from infancy through age 21, including routine exams, acute care, care planning with families, and supervision of pediatric mid-level providers. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, participating in case conferences, community health education, CME activities, and supporting immunization protocols.
