Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality, hands-on therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, focus on restoring independence in daily living skills, and educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team in a nurturing, dynamic environment that supports clinical excellence and career growth, while ensuring accurate documentation, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
