Full job description

Aveanna Healthcare seeks compassionate LVNs for evening and night private duty shifts providing one-on-one skilled nursing in patients’ homes. You will deliver comprehensive clinical care including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and G-tube management, wound care, and monitoring of chronic and acute conditions. LVNs collaborate with RNs, families, and care teams to follow individualized care plans, document in EMR, and promote safety, comfort, and dignity.
