Physical Therapist Intern Unlicensed

MedStar Health seeks an Unlicensed Physical Therapist Intern to support therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT. In this learning-focused role, you assist with patient evaluations, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and safe transfers while ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with an interprofessional team, follow evidence-based treatment plans, uphold infection control and safety standards, and provide compassionate education to patients and families in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.
