We’re seeking a dedicated Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support our surgeon, enhance the patient experience, and grow with our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced assistant or a motivated dental assistant looking to advance into the oral surgery specialty.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Provide clear communication, patient education, and compassionate chairside support
- Assist with pre-op and post-op care
- Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality
- Support a positive, efficient, team-centered workflow
Who We’re Looking For
- Oral Surgery Assistant experience required
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain within six months)
- Interest in training for anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and radiology certifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality patient care
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
