Local Company is hiring dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our team in Lafayette, IN. This role is responsible for moving, storing, and transporting materials throughout the warehouse and production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and products.
• Supply production lines with required materials.
• Perform inventory movements and accurately complete warehouse transactions.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
