Pay range:

Hourly$28.56 - $42.84The Administrative Assistant provides specialized support to a team of cancer genetic counselors and advanced practice professionals (APPs) in the cancer genetic and high-risk surveillance program. Responsibilities include administrative duties required to support the program.
Full-time /40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred. Previous physician office, hospital or other frontline customer contact experience in a business setting also preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently and proactively.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team in a busy clinical practice.
- Using proper protocol, must be comfortable transporting sealed biological specimens.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with care.
