Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Ability to work independently as the only clinician in the clinic
Experience treating a general outpatient population

Assignment Details
Expected patient volume includes scheduling 16 visits per day and typically seeing 10-12 visits per day after cancellations
