• M-F or 4/10 schedule available
• 23 - 25 ppd on 8hr shifts -- 25 - 27 ppd on 10hr shifts
• All ages seen -- chronic care management
• Telehealth patients and med refill call-ins included
• Simple procedures required -- sutures, I&Ds, laceration repairs
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital privileges required
• Locums experience preferred
