GTX Solutions leads data activation and delivery for enterprise CRM programs on the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Data 360, spanning email, SMS and direct mail. Our teams take over, stabilize and modernize live, high-volume programs, improving journeys, decisioning and measurement over time.


The Journey Orchestration Lead designs, builds and optimizes multichannel customer journeys across GTX client engagements. This role turns lifecycle strategy into executable journey logic, governs journey libraries, and drives continuous improvement through testing and performance insight.


Responsibilities

  • Design multichannel journeys across email, SMS, push, direct mail and paid media, including entry criteria, branching, exits, suppression and prioritization.
  • Translate CRM and lifecycle strategy into journey requirements and decisioning logic.
  • Build and configure journeys in orchestration platforms such as Salesforce Journey Builder, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze or Iterable, and direct builders when needed.
  • Define triggers and event signals with data teams, and confirm audiences and attributes support journey logic.
  • Govern the journey library, including naming, versioning, documentation and conflict management across programs.
  • Design A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results and iterate.
  • Partner with analytics teams to define journey-level KPIs and success measures.
  • Lead migration of existing journeys between platforms or partners, including logic mapping and validation.
  • Work with creative and content teams on modular content and dynamic personalization.
  • Present journey designs, performance and recommendations to client stakeholders.

    • Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or customer journey design.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise journey orchestration platform.
  • Experience designing journeys with complex logic across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data-driven triggers and decisioning.
  • Experience with testing and optimization methods.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience across more than one orchestration platform.
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or equivalent platform certification.
    • Experience with high-volume B2C CRM programs.
    • Automotive, OEM or dealer-network CRM experience.
    • Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript or comparable scripting.
    • Background in MarTech consulting or agency delivery.

    Work Environment

  • This role supports multiple GTX client engagements across industries and technology platforms.
  • The role requires close coordination with client marketing, technology and data teams; occasional travel or on-site presence may be required.
