Full job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. In this on-site role, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families to maximize function and independence. Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document care in the EMR, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
