Charge Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a Charge Nurse for Surgical Acute Care in Colorado. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily nursing operations, support and mentor staff, and help deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care for surgical acute-care patients, promote evidence-based practice, and ensure adherence to clinical standards. Help manage staffing, patient flow, quality initiatives, and timely escalation of changing patient needs.
