Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 1 year Tele, inpatient only. - Experience and competence in drug titration.

Special Requests: - Block scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements. - RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment. - Holiday RTO: can request only 1 per assignment.

Unit Details: - Patient ratios vary. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7. Ratios are not guaranteed; assignments are based on circumstance. - Equipment includes Tele, lift equipment, IV pumps, and tube feeding pumps. - Med or med tele patients, cardiac overflow. - Provides care for patients with post-trauma conditions, surgical interventions, and medical comorbidities.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. - Weekends as required by facility. - No call. - Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week.

Floating Requirements: - Will float on a rotational basis.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
