Additional Information


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible IM or FM - (REQUIRED)
  • CA License or IMLC - (REQUIRED)
  • ACLS, BLS, DEA - (REQUIRED during credentialing - must upload copies at time of name clear )
  • FULL TIME Availability - (REQUIRED - Facility is not accepting candidates with less than 2 weeks coverage per month )
  • Start Date: Jan 2027
  • Schedule: Open Schedule, Monday - Thursday FT for 9-12 months
  • Shift times: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • No call, No weekends
  • Setting: Multispecialty Clinic
  • Duties: All aspects of primary care and management of established patient panel. Chronic care management.
  • EMR: Cerner CareB
