Registered Nurse – Inpatient Dialysis

The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse for our inpatient dialysis service. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based dialysis care to hospitalized patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, including assessment, treatment, and education. You’ll collaborate closely with nephrologists, hospitalists, and an interdisciplinary team, using advanced technology to monitor hemodynamics, manage vascular access, and prevent complications.
