Job Overview

The Staffing Scheduler I is responsible for supporting the scheduling and coordination of staff across multiple departments within the organization. The Scheduler ensures timely and accurate workforce scheduling, monitors staffing levels, and communicates shift changes and coverage updates to both staff and leadership. The Scheduler plays a key role in optimizing staffing efficiency, ensuring compliance with labor policies, and supporting consistent operations across business units. The Scheduler’s functions expand beyond healthcare to support organization-wide scheduling initiatives and system rollouts.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a staffing office clerk or in an office environment performing a similar level of work is preferred

  • Prior health care experience preferred.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Chinese, depending on location, strongly preferred.

Compensation

$25.00 - $28.65 hourly
